Our "thinking" Dilemma
We hold to the idea that most people just get stuck somewhere in the labyrinth of life and are smart enough to continue their path once they figure out how to get unstuck. Through our years of experience, we have learned to have deep faith in the inherent goodness and nearly infinite adaptability of all people once they realize that what they "think" is not necessarily the "truth". Getting unstuck is far easier than trying to fix something that is not broken in the first place.
A simple conversation begins the inquiry into what is the nature of each person's "stuckness". Whether we are stuck in the past/present/future, are complicated by substances, relationships, anxieties, traumas, depressions or just exasperation with the more existential aspects of life, these feelings are our natural edge between what we "know" and becoming curious about what we "don't know".
We live in a culture made up of "one-size-fits-all" diagnoses that are dependent on the assumption that there is something "wrong" with us. What if that's simply not true? What if we're mostly fine but sometimes have habits or emotional/behavioral "spikes" that throw us into suffering and pain? Then we define our experience by those spikes. Lets have a chat about tools that can help you get past those spikes so you can relax and become more aware of what life is offering!
